HH-204S ceramic printing machine are designed for ceramic bowl, ceramic platter, ceramic dish and ceramic mug. Machine

satisfy 1 color and 4 color print, with PLC and touch screen interface, by programmable printing process, quick and simple

operation, accurate registration, highly output features.

 

Machine Features:
 

1. PLC control and servo motor, make it more stable performance,    easier operation, lower noise, pressure uniformity, easier maintenance.

2. Quick print, no matter how complex patterns (4 colors for example), every minute can print 3 work pieces, at least can print 180 pcs in one hour, if works 8 hours a day, every day at least can print 1440 pcs, equivalent to 8 staff work about 5 days. Thereby, labor cost is saved and work efficiency is improved.

3. The print pattern is clear and accurate, and the repetition error is
± 0.3mm.

4. Apply to smooth or rough surface products, all over the broader scope.

5. Cost lower than screen printing, hand painted and decal for ceramic production (including paint, oil seal).
